In accordance with the UGC (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Education Institutions) Regulations, 2015, and the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been established to address complaints related to sexual harassment within the college. “Sexual harassment” encompasses any unwelcome sexually inclined behavior, whether direct or indirect, and the college maintains a policy of zero tolerance towards such matters.
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of the college is reconstituted as follows from 12-08-2024. The members are directed to work as a team to provide assistance to an employee or student in the institution in the case of gender-based violence and the conduct of gender-sensitization programmes.
