Participated as the Delegate and Paper Presented on “The Influence Of Perceived Parenting Styles On Perfectionism Among Emerging Adults” and “Relationship between Narcissism and FOMO among Emerging Adults” in the Two- Day “International Conference on Psychological Skills Acquisition” organized by the Post-Graduate Department of Psychology and Internal Quality Assurance Cell, Kuriakose Elias College Mannanam in Collaboration with College Development Council M.G. University held on 3rd and 4th of March 2023.
4. Participated 7 Day National Level Online Faculty Development Programme on “Outcome Based Education & Essential Al Tools for Teachers” organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Carmel College (Autonomous), Mala in association with The Kerala State Higher Education Council (KSHEC) from 10 August 2023 to 18 August 2023.

Participated in the Two-day National Seminar on “Incorporation of NEP 2020 Parameters into the NAAC Reaccreditation Framework (With Special Emphasis on FYUGP)” organized by Kuriakose Elias College. Mannanam in collaboration with National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) & The Kerala State Higher Education Council (KSHEC) on 7th & 8th December 2023.
