The Governing Body serves as the supreme administrative authority of the college. It is incumbent upon the Governing Body to provide counsel to the Management on all issues pertaining to the administration of the college, in strict compliance with the provisions of the University Act and the accompa-nying statutes, ordinances, regulations, rules, by-laws, and directives issued thereunder. The Manager of the college shall hold the position of Chairman, while the Principal shall serve as the Secretary of the Governing Body.
