Botany department is always enthusiastic in making the K.E college campus greener. Teachers and students of the department have planted many tree saplings in the college campus on different special occasions as their contribution to this green effort.

Department of Botany is always keen in organising on-hand training programs in different practical applications of botany for the students. Different classes on plant propagation techniques, Mushroom cultivation etc have contributed to practical knowledge of our students

Department of Botany is always keen in organizing Skill Development  training programs such as “Dry flower making and arrangement”, Art of Bee keeping- Apiculture, Soil Testing for Integrated Nutrient Management’ etc.
